2017-18 School Year
The Frontier 21st Century Program opened it’s doors to community members to celebrate Lights On on October 31st. Over 200 people participated in the event, with parents, community members, students, and staff enjoyed a wonderful event in collaboration with the Detroit Police Department, and the Hamtramck Health Center.
The 21st Century staff, volunteers, and students participated in different activities during the event. All attendees got a taste of the variety of activities that are offered by the DPD, the Hamtramck Health department, and the services they provide to the Frontier 21st Century Program. Such activities include: The Adult Education Program; the Triple Threat basketball team; the science club; the electronic club; the poetry club; the music club; and the photography club. Each of these clubs amazed the audience with its projects. The Frontier 21st Century Program and school administration extend its gratitude to all who helped make this event safe and successful, and we are looking forward to serving the community for years to come.
